Your Payment:

All transactions are made in GB pounds.

You must ensure we are provided with details of a valid credit or debit card bearing either the Mastercard, Visa, Delta or Switch symbol. You undertake to immediately inform us of any changes to you card details, whatever they are.

Your credit card and payment details will be held on our system; we do our absolute best to ensure the security of these details, but this cannot be guaranteed. Your card will automatically be charged for the goods which you have ordered, on or after the day we deliver them to you.

Delivery policy:

You are responsible for making adequate arrangements to receive your delivery, and for giving us appropriate instructions as to where to leave your order if you are out. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged whilst there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.

We always try to keep your delivery day the same, but we reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will tell you if we do so.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control such as strike action, bad weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or traffic congestion, 1st Food and Drink Ltd will not accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this may cause. In the event of non-delivery, you will not be charged for goods you did not receive.

Refund policy:

If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive from us, we will be happy to offer a credit against your next order. In certain cases we will make a refund directly to your credit or debit card, if preferred.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods we supply, cancellations or postponements of your order must be made by 4pm on the weekday before we normally deliver to you, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of your delivery.
